The Achhnera to Farah road runs from top to bottom of the city crossing the NH2 and touching the Achhnera railway station. This road connects the city with Thapi, Aganpura and Puramana localities of Agra district. The Achhnera to Sandhan road links the city with Thapi, Nagla Aura, Fatehpura, Sandhan and Jhurawai localities of the city.
Achhnera Railway JunctionThe Achhnera railway station has the station code “AH” and it operates under the North Central railway zone. The station is elevated at a height of 170 meters above sea level and it has three platforms. About 20 express trains halt at this station. The station has trains to major cities like Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Bangikui, Rishikesh, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Howrah, Ajmer, Sealdal, Barmer, Guwahati, Jodhpur and Kolkata. Local transportation facility like bus, auto rickshaw and cabs are also available outside the railway station. Most of the trains stop only for 2 minutes in the station.
